Friday Night Parties

- Friday Night is our Fast and Fun skating session. We play high pace games and keep the beat going throughout the night.
- The above party packages are available with additional restrictions.
- Every person MUST buy a ticket (or go on the party sheet) unless they are the parent of a skating child.
- Additional skaters (past the 10 included in the party) are $8 each.
- Friday night has a strict dress code (primarily no bandanas, sagging pants or crop top shirts)
- Kids must wear skates and not run around in their shoes.

Party Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a reservation to bring in a group?
No, but we recommend it! You get a discount if you bring a group of 10 or more and our party hostess will help make your event a breeze! Please note: you MUST have a party reservation if you want to bring in a cake/cupcakes. No other outside food or drinks are allowed for any general admission skating session.
Do I need to pay in advance?
A $100 deposit is required to confirm and book your party. $200 for private parties. You may pay the balance with cash or credit card at the end of the party.
Do you allow confetti, Silly string, glitter, etc? Can I smear my kids face with icing when we sing happy birthday?
NO, NO, NO! It makes a big mess and goes everywhere! You will incur an additional cleanup fee if you bring in confetti, etc.
Can I get more food than what’s included?
Absolutely! You can always add extra pizzas and pitchers of soda for everyone to share – you can also add anything we serve in our Snack Bar – burgers, nachos, hot dogs, fries, ice cream, etc. During our matinee sessions, we even have beer and wine available for purchase.
Do I need a reservation to bring in a cake?
Yes. You must make a reservation if you want to bring in a cake, cupcakes, or cookie cake. We will cover and reserve your tables, and also put a balloon with your name on it. We have a variety of party packages available to perfectly fit your needs. Plus, with a reservation, your birthday kiddo can ride in the skate car!
May I decorate with more balloons, decorations and my own tablecloth?
Sure thing, we love extra decorations! Bring all the balloons and decor you would like. We don’t have helium, so you will need to blow your own. We cover a double table that seats 12. You will have another pair of tables that seats 12 as well. (if you are getting a deluxe party, you will also get a table with seating for 6 PLUS a cake table!). You may cover it if you wish, or just set your presents on it. REMEMBER:: we do NOT allow confetti, silly string, etc!!!
What do I need to bring for the party?
You should bring your cake and the supplies to serve it. Forks, plates, candles, and napkins. We will supply the rest. You may also bring your own cups, napkins, etc, if you have a theme party. We do NOT allow outside food or drinks, except for your cake (with party reservations!).
Can I bring in outside food and drinks?
No outside food or drinks are allowed during our skating sessions. Our Snack Bar provides a great selection of delicious items including burgers, nuggets, nachos, pizza and more.
During our matinee sessions we even have beer and wine available for purchase. If bringing in your own food to a party, is super important, you should look into book a private party with us!
Do you charge for the birthday child?
Do you charge for adults that are attending the party?
We only charge your party for skaters*. If the parents want to skate, you can choose to pay for adults/parents or let us know they need to purchase their own skating ticket (when you check in with your party, we will ask if you are planning to pay for parents/adult skaters or only kids).
*On Friday nights, everyone under the age of 21 must buy a ticket to enter, regardless of if they are skating or not.
I have my own skates, do I need a ticket?
Yes. Anyone that skates must check in and purchase a ticket. Anyone that brings skating in (even if it is *just in case*) must get a ticket!
Do I need to bring a list of the guests we invited?

What about the Skate Mate helpers?
Skate Mate Helpers are included in our party packages. Additional ones may be rented by you or your guests.
I don’t know how many guests will show up. Is that OK?
Sure. Nowadays, a lot of people don’t RSVP. We will keep track of your guests when they check in at the door.
Will my child get to ride in the famous SILVER WINGS Skate Car?
Yes! The famous Silver Wings Skate Car is what skating party memories are made of! Birthday person will get to take a lap around the skate floor in the drivers seat of the skate car. Parents will have a chance to take pictures before the skate car takes off. If your child thinks they are “too old” to ride in it, suggest that they form a train behind the skate car with their guests following behind them.
Please note: we do our best to NOT play the birthday boy/girls song as they are in the skate car so they can skate to their favorite jam!
Pro mom tip: The Skate Car is (virtually always) in the center of the skate floor when the skating session starts. Have the birthday boy/girl pose in front of it, as your party starts, so you can be sure to get the perfect shot without the pressure!
